Invitations: Loving Lacroix

I once owned a piece of Lacroix… a beautiful, colourful silk top which I got in the Selfridges sale…a total bargain…and when I grew out of it I wondered if i’d ever own another piece…and then I stumbled upon this thanks to Hey Kiddo!…

I am in paper heaven.  These would make gorgeous Thank You cards for guests or bridesmaids..i’d love to receive one!

The Christian Lacroix Papier ‘Oro y Plata’ correspondence cards come in a pack of 12 and cost just £15.00 from the V&A Shop. The pack includes twelve flat gold foil correspondence cards with ivory reverse, with twelve ivory envelopes with a Paseo golf foil interior pattern. There are also some oh so chic gold and silver foil stickers to seal envelopes…just beautiful!

Focus On: Pretty Wild

This morning I got a nice surprise when a beautiful package of invitation samples came through the post from the lovely Suzanne Osborne of Pretty Wild.

I came across Suzanne’s work after doing a bit of research on the internet and loved the variety of designs in her portfolio from a quirky carnival theme to lavish letterpress and stylish and simple sparkling invites.

Suzanne works out of her studio in Kent and offers a series of set designs as well as a more bespoke service, working with couples to create the perfect invitations.
